Ticket purchases are made using a bank card.

We accept VISA and MASTERCARD payment systems.

Steps for purchasing a ticket:

Select the event you are interested in and click the “Buy Ticket” button. A seating chart of the venue will open. After selecting your seats, click the “Checkout” button.

Next, a window will appear where you must enter your email address and mobile phone number. Then click “Proceed to Payment.”

Follow the instructions on the website. Always complete all required fields on the displayed pages (fields marked with * are mandatory).

Protection of Customer Data During Online Card Payments

Our payment partner is Paynet. Please note that all bank card details are entered directly into Paynet’s secure authorization system and not on our website.

This means that all information you provide is securely protected. Access to such data is restricted to a limited number of authorized bank employees.

The security of transmitted data is ensured through the use of SSL encryption protocols, which guarantee secure data transmission over the internet.

After the payment is successfully completed, your tickets will be sent to the email address you provided.

Issuance of Electronic Invoices (e-Invoices)

The issuance of electronic invoices (e-Invoices) by the administrator of the LiveTickets.md platform is possible exclusively in the following cases:

  1. Ticket payments are made via bank transfer based on a payment invoice requested in advance by email at [email protected];
  2. Ticket payments are made in person at the company’s office using a business card issued in the name of a legal entity.

If tickets are paid for using personal bank cards, corporate (business) cards through the online platform, or any other payment methods available on the platform, the issuance of an electronic invoice (e-Invoice) is not possible.
