Ticket Refund Policy
Tickets purchased physically (cash)
Refunds are made in person at the livetickets.md office based on a written request and upon presentation of the original ticket and fiscal receipt.
Tickets purchased online by bank card
Refunds are issued to the bank account used for the purchase within 14 calendar days from confirmation of the refund request sent to [email protected]. Refunds are possible only if no more than 180 days have passed since the payment. No office visit is required.
Tickets purchased via payment terminals
Refunds are issued to the bank account (in MDL currency) specified by the Buyer in the refund request, within 14 calendar days from confirmation of the request. The request must be sent exclusively to [email protected]. If the Buyer uses a foreign card (currency other than MDL), a visit to the office is required.
ATTENTION: A refund cancels all tickets within the same order. Partial refunds are not possible.
ATTENTION: Ticket exchange is not available.
Tickets can also be accessed via the user account on the website and in the LiveTickets mobile application, subject to successful authentication. If the User fails to notify the Administrator without delay or does not take the necessary steps in due time, the Administrator shall bear no responsibility for the use of such tickets by third parties or for the Buyer’s inability to attend the event.
If the User no longer has access to the email address associated with the account, access recovery depends on the email provider’s procedures. The Administrator shall be released from any liability to the maximum extent permitted by law.
ATTENTION: Upon issuance and delivery of electronic tickets to the email address provided by the client and their availability in the personal account on the LiveTickets platform, the service shall be deemed fully performed.
The Administrator shall not be liable for the User’s inability to access the tickets due to reasons attributable to the User, including but not limited to: lack of access to the email account, full mailbox, incorrect or lost login credentials, or inability to access the personal account.
The User is responsible for providing accurate information and ensuring access to the email address used during registration and/or purchase.
Resending tickets to an email address other than the one originally provided is not an obligation of the Administrator and may be performed only in exceptional cases, at its sole discretion, upon justified request and timely notification. Under no circumstances is the Administrator obliged to send tickets to a third party who is not the account/order holder.
Originally purchased seats may be occupied by technical equipment, stage design elements, or adjusted at the performer’s request. These situations are rare.
If the Buyer does not agree with the relocation, they may request a refund by sending a request to [email protected]. The refund will include only the face value of the ticket.
Limited visibility seats are tickets sold by organizers through live-tickets.com and are clearly marked as such. These seats may provide a partially obstructed viewing experience, including but not limited to situations where attendees may need to stand in order to view the performance or where visibility may be affected by elements such as railings, technical equipment, sound booths, bars, or other similar structures.
By purchasing such tickets, the buyer expressly acknowledges and accepts the limited visibility conditions. Tickets in this category are non-refundable under any circumstances, either before or after the event.
Attention: Meet & Greet tickets do not constitute an admission ticket to the event; this information is explicitly stated in the event description.
These tickets represent exclusively additional services offered by the organizer and do not include access to the concert or main event. Meet & Greet tickets are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
